Civic Recycling provides a one year warranty on every electrical product we sell. If the electrical product you purchase from Civic Recycling fails under normal operating conditions Civic Recycling will replace, refund, repair or offer store credit at the discretion of the Sales Manager for up to one year from the date of purchase.

Returns or exchanges on in stock items made within 30 days of invoice date may be subject to 20% restocking charge at the discretion of the Sales Manager. Returns or exchanges on in stock items after 60 days of invoice date will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt(s). Any form of reimbursement will be consistent with the original form of payment.  There are no returns or exchanges on special order items.

Merchandise shall remain the property of Civic Recycling until final payment is received. 2% interest per month will be charged on overdue accounts.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Any form of reimbursement will be consistent with the original form of payment. There are no returns or exchanges on special order items.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You may request a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the item requires testing to confirm its working condition (such as a breaker test), your credit card will be charged for 50% of the testing cost.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card on file.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
