Warranty, Returns and Exchange Policy
Civic Recycling provides a one year warranty on every electrical product we sell.
If the electrical product you purchase from Civic Recycling fails under normal operating conditions Civic Recycling will replace, refund, repair or offer store credit at the discretion of the Sales Manager for up to one year from the date of purchase. The Civic warranty is here for you.
Returns and Exchange Policy
- Returns or exchanges on in stock items made within 30 days of invoice date may be subject to a 20% restocking charge at the discretion of the Sales Manager.
- Returns or exchanges on in stock items after 60 days of invoice date will not be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt(s).
- Any form of reimbursement will be consistent with the original method of payment.
- All returned merchandise must be received by Civic Recycling in saleable condition.
- The shipping cost of any return or exchange remains the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by Civic Recycling or the merchandise is defective.
- There are no returns or exchanges on special order items.
